You will be connected to one of our skill technicians who can quickly assess the level of danger and what needs to done, mapping out the available service options. Not every call we take needs and a critical response once the level of the danger has been assessed.
If an emergency call out is required, then be assured knowing that all of our staff are appropriately Police checked, carry “Dealing with or access to vulnerable people / children” certification, and that your call and job details are centrally recorded for quality tracking.
