In line with Industry/Workcover expectations for a safe workplace for your staff and clients, we offer a full range of preventative safety inspections, including; Residual Current Device (RCD), Test & Tag asset review and data management, Exit & Emergency lighting, Thermographic and on site documented reviews.
Appliance testing is in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2010, using hard wearing tags and completed with the latest in technology. Comprehensive asset registers are available, which include test item, item location and test results, with optional for recording of all appliance information (serial numbers, model numbers etc) to enable insurance use in the event of loss.
Exit & Emergency Lighting is a key piece of safety equipment for your site. Our inspections test all relevant equipment to ensure that in an emergency – it works as required to provide critical safety illumination.
Thermographic equipment allows us to see through walls, in the dark and otherwise inaccessible spaces to detect and/or prevent faults.
Recent project work has included LED lighting plan and refit, installation of Motion Activated lighting for safety and energy conservation, vein scanners and staff attendance systems, Lux level lighting (lightning that adjusts to the amount of natural light) and energy saving timers.
Our brief was simple, “…we need these cool rooms….so what do we need in terms of electricity to run them?”
Several new cool rooms was going to exceed the supply capacity of the existing infrastructure, so it would require a significant mains upgrade. We calculated the new projected loads and provided a plan for a 400amp mains upgrade.
