At short notice, we were asked to install touchscreen roster kiosks and vein scanners across a national network for one of our corporate clients.
Logistically this was an incredible challenge, as there were 23 sites across 3 states of Australia – all to be completed in less than 30 days.
Within two days, we were able to coordinate the logistics for the 23 sites, inclusive of people, transport, equipment and materials, IT Technicians, facility staff and management. The rollout and installation of this equipment went pretty close to plan, with active management along the way ensuring any delays at one, site were compensated within travel to ensure no delay at the next.
As we progressed though the deployment, we were able to gradually pull back some time across several facilities. Full implementation was delivered three days ahead of schedule.
